Eproperty365 comes with facility maintenance management module, which allows you schedule maintenance and reminders on things like; smoke alarms, air filters, sump pump, heater maintenance, and etc. You or the owner can add preferred vendors to the contact lists.

Of course we offer online rental invoicing and payments via ACH (checking account) with an option for the tenant or owner to pay the bank processing fees.

We offer our unique virtual document management safe App called  “MyFileit PE”, which is in both Apple and Google App stores. You will receive this at no charge and any approved tenant will get it too. The cost of $3.99 per year is embedded within the application fee and or credit and checking processing fee. When the tenant’s lease is signed the documents will automatically place in tenants MyFileit PE account and the owners account. You can use MyFileit PE to take pictures via your phone for check-in and check-out list documentation as well other documents. MyFileit is very secure and encrypted, as well is HIPAA complaint.  

The tenant may take MyFileit PE with them if they leave for a cost $3.99 per year.

You can earn additional income by selling local monthly zip code advertising to local merchants, which will be seen by the tenants when they login to their tenant dashboard. Eproperty365 will pay you 50% commissions of the monthly local Ad revenue that you signed up as long as it runs. Eproperty365 will take care of coordinating with the advertiser the art work and setting it up to run.
